Aunt Mary's Hot Peppers

Ingredients:


1 pound Hot peppers, (long fryers)

2 tablespoon Olive oil

4 cloves garlic, chopped

1 small Can Italian plum tomatoes
 

Preparation / Directions:


Salt Remove stem and seeds from peppers. <-(CAUTION)-> WEAR RUBBER GLOVES AND/OR WASH HANDS AFTER. Saute peppers and garlic in oil for about 10 minutes. Crush 2-3 tomatoes with fork and add to fry pan. Saute for another 20 minutes. Season with salt.
