Fire and Ice Pickles

You can add more hot sauce and a couple of habaneras peppers to the jar for more fire.
 

Ingredients:


32 ounces slice hamburger dills

4 cups sugar

1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes

2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce

3 cloves garlic
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine pickles, sugar, hot sauce and pepper flakes in large bowl. Stir well.

2. Cover and let stand 2 hours, stirring occasionally

3. Spoon pickles into pint jars. Add clove of garlic to each jar

4. Cap tightly and store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
