PICKLED PEPPER SALSA

Ingredients:


5 Cup Tomatoes,seeded,peeled Finely chopped

1/2 Cup Pickled jalapenos including

2 tablespoons Some pickling juice

1 medium Onion, finely chopped

1 medium Green onion,finely chopped

2 teaspoon Cilantro, finely chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Chop each ingredient by hand, or separately in food processor. Combine all the ingredients, adding salt to taste. Allow to stand for abt. 1 hr to allow flavors to blend. Stir well before serving.
