Pickled Mango

Ingredients:


2 Cup Cider vinegar

1/2 Cup Hawaiian salt

4 1/2 Cup Brown sugar

6 Cup Water

1/2 teaspoon 5 spices

2 tablespoons Red coloring

5 Cup Sliced green mangoes
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients. Boil, cool, and pour over sliced mangoes.
