Ingredients:


6 medium Lime -- cut into eighths

1 teaspoon Salt, pickling

3 tablespoons Hot Pepper -- or less to taste

3 Cup Lemon juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place in jar. Keep at room temp or more for 3 weeks. Serve with bland or lamb meat dishes.
