Ingredients:


1 quart Lima beans, fresh or canned

1 quart Chopped string beans

2 quart Shredded cabbage

2 quart Small onions, chopped

2 quart Chopped green tomatoes

2 pounds Brown sugar

1 gallon Vinegar

1 quart Green corn

2 quart Small cucumbers, sliced

3 bunch Celery, diced

6 large Carrots, chopped

1 Dozen green peppers, chopped

1 teaspoon Red pepper, chopped

3 Teaspoon Mustard seed

3 Teaspoon Celery seed
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook vegetables separately until tender in water to cover. Combine. Add sugar, vinegar, celery seed, and mustard seed. Mix thoroughly and heat to boiling.
