Lasagna Without Noodles

Ingredients:


8 ounces ricotta cheese

10 pieces meatballs cut up

1/4 cup tomato sauce

2 tablespoons parmesan

1 cup mozzarella shredded

1 medium spaghetti squash (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Fold meat into ricotta and stir in tomato sauce. (may need to use more than 1/4 cup depending on your taste). Sprinkle with parmesan, top with mozzarella. Heat in microwave until cheese melts.
