Lasagne Rollups

Ingredients:


12 sheets lasagne noodles

1 pound ground round

1 cup onion

16 ounces marinara sauce

8 ounces mushroom

2 cups small curd cottage cheese

10 ounces frozen spinach

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons garlic
 

Preparation / Directions:


brown beef and onions together, drain well stir in spaghetti sauce and mushrooms heat to a boil and remove from heat pour into a 9x13x2-inch pan combine cottage cheese, spinach, parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic-mix well spread 3 tablespoons cottage cheese mixture onto each lasagne noodle rollup tightly and slice in half lengthwise place, cut side down, into baking pan repeat with remaining filling and noodles cover with foil bake @ 350 degrees for 25 minutes, remove foil bake @ 350 degrees for 10 minutes remove from oven garnish as desired serve hot
