Ingredients:


1 package lasagna noodles

1 pound ground beef

32 ounces spaghetti sauce

15 ounces ricotta cheese -- part skim milk

12 ounces mozzarella cheese -- part skim milk, grated

2 large eggs
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain well and cool. While noodle are cooking, brown ground beef until crumbly. In a bowl mix ricotta cheese and and eggs and set aside. Pour about 1 cup of spaghetti sauce into meat mixture. Blend. In the bottom of a 9x13 pan, place one layer of noodles. Spread 1/2 of the ricotta cheese mixture over noodles. Sprinkle with 1/4 of mozzarella cheese. Add another layer of noodles and spread 1/2 meat mixture. Sprinkle with another 1/4 mozzarella cheese. Place another layer of noodles and spread the rest of ricotta cheese mixture. Sprinkle with 1/4 mozzarella cheese. Add one more layer of noodles and spread rest of meat mixture. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
