Tuna Alfredo

Ingredients:


9 ounces refrigerated verdi fettuccine

10 ounces alfredo sauce

6 ounces chunk light tuna in water -- drained

1/2 cup frozen petite green peas

1/4 cup regular or low-fat milk

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook 4 minutes. While pasta cooks, make sauce. In a small saucepan, heat Alfredo sauce, tuna, peas and milk. Cook over medium heat until hot, 3 to 4 minutes. Season with pepper to taste. Drain pasta, divide among plates and top with sauce.
