Mom's Baked Ham And Noodles

Ingredients:


8 ounces medium -- (wide) noodles

2 cups ground leftover ham (if you dont have, by imported boiled leftover ham or a center cut with bone-in ham slice)

2 cups milk

3 large eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook noodles in boiling salted water until barely tender ( DO NOT OVERCOOK). Drain well. Combine noodles, ham, milk beaten with eggs, and seasonings. Pour into greased casserole (my mother used a loaf pan) and bake at 350 degrees F. for about an hour or until center is set.
