Roasted Garlic Linguine With Broccoli

Ingredients:


1/3 cup roasted garlic

1/3 cup dressing/marinade

1 teaspoon pepper to taste

1 teaspoon salt to taste

8 ounces linguine -- broken in half

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese -- or to taste

3 cups broccoli florets cut into 1/2 inch pieces
 

Preparation / Directions:


Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add linguine and cook according to package directions. Two minutes before pasta is done, add broccoli. Cook until crisp-tender. Drain and return to saucepan or place in medium bowl. Add dressing and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Toss well. Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Makes: 6 servings
