Fettuccine Mama Pizzolato

Ingredients:


1 pound fettuccine

1 small onion sliced

1/2 cup olive oil

2 teaspoons italian seasoning

12 medium fresh mushrooms. sliced

1 cup grated romano cheese

1 small green pepper sliced
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a medium size frying pan, saute onions and green peppers in olive oil. When the onions and peppers are tender, add mushrooms and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked. Toss in boiled fettuccine. Place in a serving platter and top with Italian Seasoning. Toss. Top with grated cheese. Magnifico.
