---cream sauce
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup unsifted flour
1 teaspoon powdered mustard
2 1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoons lea and perrin
2 quarts salted water
2 cups elbow macaroni
2 tablespoons grated or chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt

Sprinkle half of the grated cheese over macaroni mixture. Add the rest of the macaroni mixture and top with balance of grated cheese. Break pats of butter into small pieces and distribute evenly over top of casserole. Cook covered for 30 minutes in preheated, 350-degree oven. Remove cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes or until a nice golden brown. TIP: You may want to omit the red pepper, but I think it gives it a little "zip." Try i
