Elegant Spinach And Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients:


2 packages frozen chopped spinach

13 ounces marinated artichokes

1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon savory

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1 medium onion -- grated

1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley

5 large eggs -- well beaten

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook spinach according to package directions, drain. Chop artichokes and put in bottom of 2 quart dish with marinade. Mix everything else together except for 1/2 cup cheese and put in dish over artichokes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
