Preparation / Directions:
In 12-inch skillet, heat Italian dressing and cook green onions over medium heat 1 minute. Add tomatoes, then Assorted Fresh Vegetables and cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add wine, basil, salt and pepper and cook 2 minutes. Toss with hot fettuccine. Sprinkle, if desired, with grated Parmesan cheese. Makes about 16 main-dish servings. *Assorted Fresh Vegetables: Use any combination of the following to equal 4 quarts - asparagus cut into 2-inch pieces, broccoli florets, sliced carrots, zucchini or yellow squash. Also terrific with Wish-Bone Italian or Robusto Italian Dressing. NOTE: Recipe can be halved.
