Preparation / Directions:Cook pasta according to package directions. In large skillet, heat oil. Add carrot, squash, onion and garlic; saute 4 minutes. Add sesame seeds and soy sauce; simmer 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over hot chili pepper linguine. Makes 3 dinner servings
