Adriatic Spaghetti

Ingredients:


3 1/4 pounds octopus

1/2 cup olive oil

1 dash rosemary

1 whole bay leaf

1 dash oregano

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 teaspoon parsley chopped

1 medium green chili pepper chopped

1/2 pound tomatoes peeled and cut

30 milliliters garlic chopped

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 pound spaghetti
 

Preparation / Directions:


The octopus must be very carefully washed and dried, and the mouth removed Cover the bottom of a saucepan with oil; add the rosemary, bay leaf oregano Place the octopus on top of this mixture and season with salt and pepper.
