Creamy Shrimp-Artichoke Fettuccine

Ingredients:


8 ounces uncooked fettuccine

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt

1 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

1 teaspoon grated lemon rind

1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 pound cooked shrimp

1 jar artichoke hearts -- marinated

1 package cream cheese -- cut into cubes

1 bunch chopped fresh chives
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook and drain fettuccine in 3-quart saucepan as directed on package; set aside. Mix yogurt, 1 tablespoon chives, the lemon peel, salt, shrimp, artichoke hearts and cream cheese in same saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is hot and cream cheese is melted. Stir in fettuccine. Top with chives
