Tuna Spaghetti

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 large onion

3 cloves garlic

1 can white albacore tuna

1 tablespoons italian seasoning mix

1 cup white wine -- (dry)

1 1/2 cups prepared spaghetti sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper -- freshly ground

1/4 cup parmesan cheese -- freshly grated

1 pound spaghetti pasta, cooked according to directions
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oil in large skillet. Sauteā€š onions and garlic over medium heat until translucent. Add drained tuna and Italian seasonings. Then add wine and cook until reduced by 1/2 or about 5 more minutes. Next add the prepared spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 more minutes covered. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over pasta with parmesan cheese.
