it is a 3 cheese pasta with shrimp, crawfish tails, crabmeat, and shreds of chicken breast
 

Ingredients:


1 package noodles

1/2 cup half and half milk

2 cans cream of mushroom

1 package velveeta cheese

1 package kraft cheese

1 package pepperjack cheese

1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp

1 pound crawfish tails

1/2 pound crabmeat (optional)

1 pound boneless chicken breast (sauteed and shredded)

1/4 cup parsley

3 teaspoons minced bell pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


1st: you boil your noodles and put it in a pan with a few slices of butter. (like 2 or 3 small slices) 2nd: in a skillet you sautee your chicken and seafood in a little cooking spray with the minced bellpeppers and light seasonings 3rd: shred your chicken breast 4th: In a separate pot add your 1/2 and 1/2 and your milk 5th: right after you add your cheeses and let melt with 2 miniature slices of butter (to keep from sticking) 6th: Add in your meat and let cook on low fire stirring constantly for 5 minutes and season to taste 7th: Pour over noodles in pan, and stir. Ready to SERVE!!
