Waffled French Toast

Ingredients:


3/4 cup milk

2 large eggs

1 tablespoons butter -- melted

1 tablespoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

6 slices day-old bread
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow bowl, beating well. Dip bread slices, one at a time, into egg mixture, coating well; drain. Bake in reheated oiled waffle iron 2 minutes or until browned.
