Preparation / Directions:Combine first 5 ingredients, and set aside. Combine egg, milk, and oil; stir well. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. For each pancake, pour 1/4 c. batter onto a hot griddle coated with cooking spray. Turn pancakes when the tops are covered with bubbles and the edges are browned.
