Shredded Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients:


3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup crushed shredded whole wheat cereal biscuits

1 tablespoons baking powder

2 teaspoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 large egg -- beaten

1 cup skim milk

1 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 spray Vegetable cooking spray
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine first 5 ingredients, and set aside. Combine egg, milk, and oil; stir well. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. For each pancake, pour 1/4 c. batter onto a hot griddle coated with cooking spray. Turn pancakes when the tops are covered with bubbles and the edges are browned.
