Ingredients:


2 whole eggs

1 cup milk

1 3/4 cups bisquick® baking mix

1/2 cup canned pumpkin

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/4 cup salad oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat eggs on high speed until lemon color. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake on hot griddle.
