Ingredients:


6 cups potato

1/2 cup scallions

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1 teaspoon flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 teaspoons half and half

2 tablespoons corn oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


squeeze potatoes dry in a clean towel combine potatoes, scallions, eggs, flour, salt, white pepper, baking powder, and milk-mix well heat oil in a large skillet, over a medium to moderate flame drop potato mixture by tablespoonsful into hot oil fry until lightly browned on both sides and no longer wet in the center drain on a cooling rack and blot with paper towels serve hot
