Maple Bacon Oven Pancakes

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups bisquick

3/4 cup milk

1 tablespoons sugar

2 large eggs

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

12 slices bacon fried crisp and crumbled
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat bisquick,sugar,eggs,milk,syurp and 1/2 cup cheese until smooth with electric beater.Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan.Bake uncovered in preheated 425 ovlen for 10-15 minutes or until toothpick stuck in center comes out clean.Remove from oven and sprinkle bacon over top also remaining cheese.Return to oven for 1-5 minutes till cheese is melted.Cut into 12-15 squares and serve with or without maple syrup. The thin batter barely covers bottom of pan.But it rises.
