GERMAN OVEN PANCAKE

Ingredients:


6 large eggs

1 cup milk

1/4 cup butter or margarine melted

1 cup flour

3/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine

2 tablespoons sifted powdered sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a blender, combine eggs, milk and melted butter. Cover and blend on low speed until mixed. Add flour and salt; cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Pour into a well greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Bake at 450~F. for 20 to 22 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
