Preparation / Directions:

**Plumped Raisins Heat golden or dark raisins in sweet wine, brandy or
water. Allow to stand 10 minutes, then drain well
Turn Basic Pancake batter into well-buttered skillet, 10" to 12". Sprinkle
with raisins and almonds. Bake as directed for Basic Pancake. Serve
immediately, cut in wedges, and pass granulated sugar., cinnamon sugar,
whipped cream and applesauce as toppings. Makes 3 or 4 dessert servings
