Onion-Poppy Seed Bread, 2 Pound Loaf

Ingredients:


2 pounds loaf

1 cup water

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

2/3 cup chopped onion

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoons poppy seeds

2 cups whole wheat flour

2 cups bread flour

2 teaspoons active dry yeast
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place ingredients in machine in the order recommended by your manufacturer. Set on white bread setting. This is absolutely wonderful bread.
