TOASTED PECANS

Ingredients:


2 ounces Margarine

8 ounces Pecan halves

1/2 teaspoon Salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Salty, always the first bowl to be emptied at parties. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Melt margarine in saucepan. Stir pecans in melted margarine until they are thoroughly coated. Spread pecans on a cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until lightly toasted, stirring once. Remove from oven. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Let cool and serve. Store in airtight container.
