Cocomalt Macaroons

Ingredients:


1 1/4 cups coconut

1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 large egg white

3 tablespoons cocomalt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine coconut, milk, salt, flavoring, and cocomalt. Fold in stiffly beaten egg white. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-oiled baking sheet. Bake in moderate oven (350 F) 15 minutes.
