Fiesta Nachos

Ingredients:


1 can campbells condensed fiesta nacho cheese -- (11 oz) soup

1/3 cup water

1 package tortilla chips -- fat free (about 10 oz)

chopped tomato

sliced green onions

sliced vlasic or early california pitted ripe olives

chopped green and/or red pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a small saucepan, mix soup and water. Over low heat, heat through, stirring often. Serve over tortilla chips. Top with tomato, onions, olives, and pepper. If desired, garnish with green onion. 6 servings/Serving size: 1/6 recipe
