Preparation / Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. In 8 inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium
heat
and cook garlic 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally,

minutes or until liquid evaporates.
On baking sheet, arrange bread slices. Evenly spread Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce
on bread slices, then top with mushroom mixture, cheese and basil. Bake 15
minutes or until heated through.
Recipe Tip: Many varieties of wild mushrooms are available in supermarkets
and
specialty stores. Shiitake, portobello and cremini mushrooms all have
excellent flavor.
