Wine Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients:


1 pound fresh mushrooms

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup sherry

1/4 cup sugar

1 cup minced onions
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients but the mushrooms in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over mushrooms. Marinate and chill for 24 hours before serving.
