Ingredients:
8 ounces fresh mushrooms |
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/2 cup cider vinegar |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 small white onion minced fine |
1 teaspoon oregano |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |

Preparation / Directions:
Clean the mushrooms and boil them for 10 minutes in a mixture of 2 Tbsp
cider
vinegar and enough boiling water to cover.
Mix all other ingredients together. Add mushrooms. Refrigerate overnight.
