Spinach Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Ingredients:


1 package frozen chopped spinach -- (10 oz. or 300 g.)

1 package dry onion soup mix

1 cup sour cream

2 cloves garlic minced

1 kilogram fresh mushrooms
 

Preparation / Directions:


Thaw spinach. Press out liquid. Mix with onion soup, sour cream and garlic. Remove mushroom stems and discard. Grease baking sheet. Fill mushrooms and chill. Heat 12 minutes at 350ยบ.
