Preparation / Directions:Combine mushrooms and butter in a 2 cup glass measure. Microwave on high 3-4
minutes or unitl Shiitake are tender, stirring once on twice. Stir in flour,
milk and bouillon. Microwave on high for another 2-3 minutes, or until
juices
are thickened.
