Sauteed Shiitake

Ingredients:


2 Tablespoons butter -- margarine or vegetable oil

12 Pieces reconstituted Shiitake
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cut the mushrooms into slices. Put the mushrooms and the butter into a medium skillet. Heat the skillet to medium high and cook the mushroom for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir frequently. Cook until the Shiitake are lightly browned. Remove the mushrooms to a serving dish and salt to taste. 4 Servings
