Ingredients:


8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 tablespoon sugar

1 clove garlic

2/3 cup tarragon vinegar

2 tablespoons salt -- (optional)

4 ounces sliced ripe olives

1 small sliced onion

1 dash pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until time to serve.
