Preparation / Directions:Fry bacon. Add butter, chicken, KasugaiTShiitake, celery and onion. Saut,
until chicken is almost done. Add parsley, half and half, sour cream and
cheese. Stir until thickened. Then add salt and pepper. Combine with cooked
fettuccine. Top with grated Parmesan or romano cheese.
