Cheese - Mushroom Royale

Ingredients:


8 ounces fresh mushrooms -- finely chopped

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

2 tablespoons onion -- minced

1 teaspoon lemon juice -- freshly squeezed

8 ounces crescent rolls

6 ounces cream cheese

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup parmesan cheese -- freshly grated
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Brown mushrooms, butter, garlic salt, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice until all liquid evaporates.

2. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread crescent rolls for bottom crust. Spread cream cheese over crust. Top with mushroom mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over mushrooms.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool before cutting (very rich - cut into small pieces).
