Sweet Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

2 large eggs

1 cup milk

1/2 cup oil

3 cups flour

1 cup sugar

4 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

---crumbs

1 cup flour

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup butt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Batter: combine eggs, milk and oil. In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into 24 muffin tins. Crumbs: Combine all ingredients together. Sprinkle crumbs over each muffin. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
