Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients:


6 tablespoons flour

1/3 cup brown sugar

2/3 cup nonfat dry milk

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

4 tablespoons raisins

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup grated carrots

1 cup canned pumpkin

2 large eggs
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Mix wet ingredients.

2. Mix dry ingredients.

3. Fold wet and dry ingredients together.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly brown and firm.

Note: (Spray muffin pans with non-stick spray. This will not work as well with baking papers.)
