Frozen Chocolate Mousse

Creamy cold chocolate in a custardy texture.
 

Ingredients:


1/2 Cup 100% Soy Protein Isolate

1/2 Cup cold water

1/2 Cup heavy cream

3 packages artificial sweetener

1 tablespoons Hersheys cocoa
 

Preparation / Directions:


Your most important tool for this recipe is a shaker cup, the kind you use for diet shakes. A good substitute is a jar with a tight lid. Combine all the ingredients and shake vigorously for about a minute or so. Shaking helps eliminate lumps, but if you have a few little ones, they aren't too bad. Pour into a container and put in freezer for about 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until very cold but not frozen soli
