Ingredients:

1 cup Pearl River Bridge mushroom flavored soy -- sauce

2 tablespoons black pepper

2 teaspoons salt

2 tablespoons granulated garlic

1 tablespoon granulated onion

1 tablespoon Spanish paprika

1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Rub meat down well with the soy sauce. Mix the dry ingredients together and rub into the meat.
