Latin-Style Spice Rub

Ingredients:


1/4 cup cumin

1/4 cup chili powder

2 tablespoons coriander seeds -- crushed

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon brown sugar -- packed

2 tablespoons salt

1 tablespoon red pepper flakes

2 tablespoons black pepper -- fresh ground
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all the ingredients and grind to a powder in a spice mill, coffee grinder, or with a mortar and pestle. Store in a tightly seal jar in a cool, dark place. It will keep for about 6 weeks.
