Ingredients:

1/4 cup salt

1/4 cup pepper

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon cumin

1 tablespoon cayenne

Mix the ingredients thoroughly in a plastic bowl or sealable freezer bag. Sprinkle on meat evenly on both sides, shake off excess rub.
