Chocolate Sundae Dessert

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons light corn syrup

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon cornstarch

1/4 cup skim milk

1 tablespoon margarine

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 slices frozen fat-free pound cake cut 1/2 in. thick

1/2 cup frozen vanilla yogurt or ice milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


In dish combine corn syrup, cocoa powder and cornstarch. Stir in milk, margarine and vanilla. Cover and cook on 100% power (high) for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is thickened and bubbly, stirring once. Remove dish from microwave. Stir sauce. Arrange cake slices in colander. Place colander in dish. Cover and cook on high 30 to 60 seconds more or until cake is warm. Transfer cake slices to serving dishes. Place a scoop of yogurt on top of each slice. Spoon chocolate sauce over.
