Shepherd’s Pie

Ingredients:


3/4 pound ground beef cooked

1 cup mushrooms

2 cloves garlic

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

3 tablespoons mayo

2 ounces cheddar

1 medium cauliflower mashed
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven 350. Spoon cauliflower into 9x13 pan. Saute beef with mushrooms and garlic. Stir in mayo, sandp. Spoon over cauliflower. Sprinkle cheese over and bake 20 min.
