600 grams Beef Tenderloin, Sliced
4 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
3 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
4 Tablespoon Chicken Stock
5 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1 Tablespoon White Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoon Sugar
1/2 Tablespoon White Pepper Powder
4 medium Spring Onions

Preparation / Directions:

Preparation: • Heat the cooking oil in a pan and stir fry the beef together with the garlic. • Add chicken stock and season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and pepper powder. • Once cooked, stir in the spring onions and serve immediately. CHEF’S TIP: • While beef is traditionally used to prepare this dish, it can be substituted with chicken or pork.
